Washington Bus Education Fund

The Washington Bus Education Fund and its affiliated non-tax-exempt arm were founded in 2007. Its mission is to reach young people (ages 15-29) on their own terms and empower them through education, civic and cultural engagement, and hands-on democracy. The Bus Fund engages these young leaders by working with them on issues they care about: economic justice, equal rights, education, health care, election reform, the environment, and transportation.

Washington Bus Education Fund has been a Brainerd Foundation grantee since 2011.
